On Saturday, Feb 22, 2020, a delegate from the University of Zakho headed by Professor Dr. Yaseen T. Mustaf-Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Karwan F. Sami-Vice President of the University for Students Affairs, and lecturers of the university participated in a workshop on "Challenges in Molecular Biology Research" which was organized by International University of Erbil in collaboration with Nigde Omer Halisdemir University, the University of Zakho, and Koya University.

It is worth mentioning that the delegate of the University of Zakho participated in the round tables and shared their opinions on the topics presented.
